Yoga is my healer and my teacher. With over 20 years of practice, 16 years of experience as a teacher, I am passionate about sharing the knowledge, wisdom and happiness that YOGA has taught me with work, sweat, breath but mostly with loving-kindness.
Yoga it’s a powerful holistic practice that connects mind, body, and spirit to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Through Physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation it offers deep connection to the self allowing you to move through life with presence, vitality, and awareness.

The Power of Breath
Conscious Breathing in Yoga – Ujjayi Pranayama is essential to create and develop a deep mind-body connection, bringing amazing physiological, mental and emotional benefits.
Breath connection brings more oxygen into the body, calms the nervous system shifting it into parasympathetic state – improves circulation, reduces anxiety, supports heart function, expands lung capacity awakening the energetic body.
Yoga breathing, or pranayama is scientifically shown to influence brain health and support neuroplasticity —the brain’s ability to reorganize itself.
